PRODUCTION AREA The vineyards are located in the Euganean Hills, encased in an amphitheater facing north and exposed to the sun for only half a day; the volcanic soil, marl and clay.

WINE MAKING The grapes are pressed and the must is clarified through the flotation. Later add the selected yeasts for about 7/9 days of temperature controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave where the wine reaches the desired pressure.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 11,5% vol
COLOUR Straw yellow with pale green reflections.
SCENT Fruity, fresh and delicate.
TASTE Joyful, dry, white foam and lively.
PREFERABLE MATCHES At any time, alone as an aperitif, with starters, with fish dishes, with rice, with fresh cheeses.

HISTORICAL NOTES The grape Serprino, from the standpoint of wine is equal to prosecco, certainly the name of this variety was made by weighing Prosecco located near Trieste. Grapes Serprina found Euganean Hills its ideal habitat and is considered autochthonous grape.
