WINE MAKING The grapes are pressed and the must is clarified through the flotation. Later add the selected yeasts for about 7/9 days of temperature controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave for about 90 days where the wine reaches the desired pressure.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 11% vol
COLOUR Bright rosé with violet reflections.
SCENT Fresh, young and fruity aromas.
TASTE Lively but good body with floral notes, fine and persistent.
PREFERABLE MATCHES Entrees skinny fried fish, vegetable risotto. Excellent as an aperitif.
