PRODUCTION AREA The vineyards are located in the Euganean Hills, encased in an amphitheater facing south and exposed to the sun for only half a day; the volcanic soil, marl and clay.

WINE MAKING The grapes are pressed and the must is clarified through the flotation. Later add the selected yeasts for about 7/9 days of temperature controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave for about 90 days where the wine reaches the desired pressure.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 11,5% vol
COLOUR Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
SCENT Fruity, fresh and delicate.
TASTE Joyful, dry, white foam and lively perlage till.
PREFERABLE MATCHES A whole meal by itself as an aperitif, with starters, with fish dishes, with rice, with fresh cheeses.
