SPUMANTE BIANCO DOLCE – metodo charmat lungo

WINE TYPE  Sparkling sweet white – long Charmat method.

PRODUCTION AREA  The vineyards are located in the Euganean Hills, encased in an amphitheater facing south-west and exposed to the sun almost all day; the volcanic soil, rich in minerals, marl and clay.

WINE MAKING The grapes are pressed and the must is clarified through the flotation. Later add the selected yeasts for about 7/9 days of temperature controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave for about 90 days where the wine reaches the desired pressure.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 6,5% vol

COLOUR  Straw yellow with golden reflections, perlage minute and cheerful, persistent foam.

SCENT  Especially fruity notes of orange and apple in a blend elegant and refined.

TASTE  Intense flavor, with a pleasantly sweet.

PREFERABLE MATCHES It is a dessert wine or a meal, is accompanied by sweet pastry to panettone, in pies, fruit pies, do not like the creams.
